- Installation, training, and after-sales service are provided according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase, which may vary by machine model and location.
- Our stated service-response targets (for example, 15 minutes in Surat and 45 minutes in Ahmedabad and Noida) are operational goals based on our typical performance, not a guaranteed contractual response time for every case — actual response may vary depending on complaint volume, location, and circumstances outside our control.
- Warranty coverage, its duration, and what it includes or excludes will be specified in your purchase agreement or warranty card at the time of sale. Please refer to that document for the terms applicable to your specific machine.
- Using ink, paper, or spare parts not supplied or approved by Grando India may affect machine performance and could affect warranty coverage.
